To keep your SAPHIRÉ brand feeling honest and trustworthy, this return policy avoids "corporate speak" and focuses on a fair, simple process.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At SAPHIRÉ, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. If you aren't feeling the vibe or your order isn't exactly what you expected, we offer a 30-day "Honesty Guarantee" for returns and exchanges.
30-DAY RETURNS You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, and in the original SAPHIRÉ packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN To start a return, simply shoot us an email at michal4celinski@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the instructions on where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS If your order arrives with a "fake vibe" (damaged or wrong item), tell us immediately. We will make it right at no extra cost to you. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away so we can fix the issue.
REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
EXCHANGES The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new piece. This ensures your "fresh look" gets to you as fast as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or items that show clear signs of wear and tear. Final sale items (items bought during specific clearance drops) are also non-returnable.
