SHIPPING COSTS We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on every single order. There is no minimum spend required to unlock this. Whether you are buying a single ring or a full collection, the shipping is always on us.
PROCESSING TIME We know you want your gear fast. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES SAPHIRÉ ships globally, and delivery times depend on your location.

Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days. Please note that these are estimates. While we aim for lightning-fast delivery, factors like customs processing in your country can sometimes cause minor delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to follow your package from our door to yours in real-time. If your tracking information hasn't updated within 3 days of receiving your link, feel free to reach out to us.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES For international orders, please be aware that your country may apply import duties or taxes once the package reaches your border. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns about additional fees.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES SAPHIRÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking shows your package is stuck or has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you locate it or find a solution.
